Review: The two-bedroom house was a charming spot with ample natural light and carefully curated decor. Amenities were fantastic, especially the lovely tea selection. the lack of an iron and hairdryer was a slight letdown. a nice stay at a great price for Cardiff. , rating: 8, date of stay: 2024-03-15}

Lovely little hotel, overall clean, really helpful and very helpful staff. Fashionable a double room with very comfortable beds. Decent location - very close to Cardiff, trains and the outskirts of Cardiff.

Everything was fine, beautifully decorated and attractive hotel. The location was central, unbeatable to other places nearby. Besides, it was close enough to takeaways, the outskirts of Cardiff, and city centre. This was my 2nd stay, they offered twin room.

The two-bedroom apartment provided excellent space and was clean upon arrival, essential for a family stay. It was conveniently located near Sophia Gardens. The shower was impressively powerful, while the staff's helpfulness during check-in was commendable. The TV issues were a concern for longer stays, although we were offered alternatives, none suited our needs. A better selection of light food would enhance the dining experience.

We loved the easy access to local spots like the National Museum and the gorgeous Bute Park, made our days fun and nice. The apartment was well-furnished, clean, and the staff was very helpful.
One downside was the shower pressure. It sputtered a bit at times, made washing our hair take longer than expected.

Couples looking for a romantic escape
We stayed in the King Suite, and it was spacious, luxurious, the big bathtub was like a dream after a long day. And the comfort of the bed? It was like sleeping on a cloud, I couldn't believe we got such a fantastic room for the price we paid.
Now, it wasn't exactly pocket change, but for what we got, it felt worth it.

Excellent Room Decor, Abundant Outdoor Seating, Accessible Nearby Transport
The fact that the TV channels were non-functional, coupled with the outdated carpets, is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber!!!
